At Essence Osteopathy we believe in a holistic yet practical approach to helping our patients find optimal health. We have a special interest in treating prenatal and postnatal women, babies and children. Although structural techniques are used where appropriate, all our practitioners primarily use a gentle approach including cranial osteopathy and biodynamics

Sara is a Singaporean Osteopath, originally from South Africa. She graduated from University College of Osteopathy, London in 2002. She uses the cranial approach as well as structural techniques. She has a special interest in treating women through all stages of life and has won awards for her treatment of pre and postnatal women. She has done courses in treating scars - specifically Caesarean section and Breast scars. She has experience with newborn osteopathy and training in Paediatric Osteopathy with the University College of Osteopathy. Sara uses a variety of techniques including structural, cranial and biodynamics.
Elaine Ward

BSc (Hons) Ost
Elaine is a British Osteopath who graduated from University College of Osteopathy, London in 2002. She has worked in the UK and Hong Kong before moving to Singapore. She has experience treating all ages of patients including newborns, teenagers and the elderly. Elaine uses a combination of structural and cranial techniques and also uses dry needling where appropriate. She ensures that every patient receives a unique treatment tailored specifically for the condition they are presenting with.
Christina Teo
CLINIC SERVICES
Christina is the face of our clinic and works both behind the scenes and at the front desk to welcome patients and take care of the babies when mums have a much needed treatment. She will welcome you in clinic and deal with all bookings and queries.
